Hope that you’re doing much better than I am today! While I’m grateful in many ways, I definitely don’t feel as stable or happy as I’d like to…but I believe that to be true for most people during this season.
What I am attempting to do is make sure that I’m being as productive as possible during this time. Why? Well, the more I literally move, the better I actually I feel. Even getting to the gym just to walk for a mile on the treadmill helps my mood incredibly.
Blessing other people is another mood booster for me so I’m announcing the giveaway I’ve planned out for December.
